Alice in Wonderland Sand Sculpture Trail – Wonderland on the Murray

Step into a world of imagination this Summer with the Alice in Wonderland Sand Sculpture Trail – Wonderland on the Murray, a free and family-friendly outdoor art experience like no other.

Brought to life by Sandstorm Events, Australia’s leading large-scale sand sculpture creators, this enchanting trail will feature eight intricately crafted installations that reimagine Lewis Carroll’s timeless tale in sand. Follow Alice’s magical journey as she tumbles down the rabbit hole at the River Boat Dock, wanders through whimsical scenes in the Port of Echuca and Aquatic Reserve, and crosses the river to Moama for a grand finale at the Moama Soundshell.

This exciting project is a joint initiative between Campaspe Shire Council, Murray River Council, and the Port of Echuca, designed to celebrate creativity, community, and storytelling across the twin towns.
