The Deluxe Waterview Villa has three bedrooms and sleeps seven guests. It contains a queen bed in the main bedroom, double bunk bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom. There is ironing board and iron, two toilets, one bathroom, gas log fire, DVD player, barbecue, air-conditioning, and a balcony with views of the Murray River.

The Deluxe Lakefront Villa has three bedrooms with a lounge and dining area, ensuite and a full kitchen, and sleeps up to seven guests. The Villa has one queen bed, one double bed with overhead single bunk, and one set of bunk beds. All linen is supplied. There is a television and DVD player, cooktop, microwave, oven, full fridge, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioning, veranda, and an outdoor setting.

The Economy Ensuite Cabin has two bedrooms, with a small lounge and dining area, ensuite and kitchenette, and sleeps two adults and two children. There is one double bed, and one set of bunk beds. All linen is supplied. There is a television, cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

The Powered River Sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water. They are located adjacent to the riverfront. You must have your own caravan, motorhome or tent.
