Founded in 1998 at the northern end of the Mount Camel Range, Lake Cooper Estate is defined by its ancient Cambrian soils and elevated, rocky terrain.

The vineyard began with Shiraz and has grown to include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc—each shaped by the site’s unique mineral-rich red loam.
