Shiraz Republic is a multiple award-winning cellar door, winery, and brewery in the heart of the Heathcote Wine Region.

Located two hours from Melbourne and forty minutes from Bendigo, the estate provides a picturesque backdrop of rolling vineyards and charming farm artefacts.

Visitors enjoy top quality wines alongside the estate's own Cornella Brewery craft beers. The rustic yet modern cellar door offers ample space to relax, whether sitting outdoors among the vines or unwinding inside the welcoming barrel room. Guests can enjoy boutique wines at the bar paired with wood-fire style pizzas or engage in a tasting experience with a game of pool. The cellar door is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The venue is a vibrant hub for live music, specifically supporting original acts with a strong focus on Americana music. Free live music takes place every Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Beyond the cellar door, the estate offers interactive agricultural experiences. The Rent-a-Row program invites guests to become winemakers, participating in the journey from vine to bottle, including festive harvest and wine stomping parties. During the canola flowering season, visitors can explore the landscape via the picturesque Cornella Canola Walk.

For those looking to extend their stay, Shiraz Republic offers self-contained accommodation and camping onsite. The cellar door and barrel room are also available for private functions and corporate events.
