The property has Four bedrooms (two masters), Three bathrooms, Spacious kitchen and dining area, Large living area with fireplace, Central heating/cooling as well as split systems in each bedroom
The property is located in a Stunning bush setting and features an Outdoor deck with BBQ, dining area and fire pit as well as in-ground pool and expansive manicured grounds.
Bedding configuration:
Master 1: King with ensuite and double shower
Master 2: King with ensuite and double shower
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: Double with single overhead, king single bed
Elements is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay.
We use premium 5 Star hotel sheets and towelling so you won't need to worry about packing linen or making up beds when you arrive!
You will receive a Digital Welcome Book which has everything you will need to know about the home and Echuca Moama for your stay. Simply click and share it with your group so you can plan your perfect trip!
This home is exclusively supplied with Appelles Apothecary products including; Comfrey Hand and Body Wash, Wheat Protein Shampoo and Planifolia Conditioner
A $1000 security deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that with everyone leading such busy lives, things can crop up and change your holiday plans!
If this happens, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. The more notice we have, the more chance we can re-rent your house.
Cancellations 4 weeks or more from arrival date
Upon booking, we require a 50% deposit. For bookings cancelled four or more weeks out from your arrival date, we offer a full refund minus a $110 cancellation fee, subject to the home being re-rented. If we cannot re-rent the home, you will forfeit your deposit. If you choose to pay the full amount upon booking you will forfeit only the required deposit amount of 50%, minus the cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival
If you cancel within four weeks or do not show up for your booking the full amount paid is forfeited. If you cancel, we will do everything we can to re-rent your house for the same period.
If we can re-rent the home for the same rate you will receive your deposit back less a $110 cancellation fee.
If the home is re-rented for a lesser amount you will receive your deposit back, less the difference between booking totals and less the cancellation charge.

Cooling Off Period
For any booking made direct through Echuca Holiday Homes we offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking if you change your mind.
For all refunds, please note that credit card fees charged are not refundable. They are taken by the payment gateway and cannot be refunded.
