Description

ESSEN – is German for ‘to eat’ and is the essence of the Oberin family's love for food, wine, people, and their German heritage.  Essen is the quintessentially a celebration of the Echuca region’s very best of produce, providore and the people. 

Housed in a heritage listed mechanical engineering workshop, ESSEN is an all-day dining destination located in the heart of Echuca and the historical Port . Essential elements such as the high-pitched vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, polished concrete floors, hanging greenery and industrial lighting combine harmoniously to speak of the past and the present.

We know our producers, providores and fresh produce. We are constantly seeking, searching and working with our people to give the very best we can source and provide.
