Situated opposite the historic Echuca Wharf in the heart of the Port Precinct, the Star Hotel runs through from High Street to Murray Esplanade. The Star hotel is renovated in the style of a historic building but with a contemporary inspired art house fit out. The Star hotel has three areas: Public Bar off Murray Esplanade, Internal Courtyard and Wine Bar and Cafe off High Street.

Our food philosophy is quite simple, seasonally sourced great quality food complimented by fresh Italian flavours that marry all the ingredients together. My cooking is personally influenced by the Mediterranean, especially Italy and Spain. I enjoy the creative feel it gives me when amazing and flavoursome ingredients with texture, colour and temperature work beautifully together to create a dish.
