The Mill is your ultimate home-grown destination to eat, drink, unwind and be entertained. A vibrant neighbourhood gathering space in the heart of Echuca with an industrial charm and contemporary vibe.
Our restaurant and bar occupies a five-storey utilitarian building constructed in 1881 that formerly housed Echuca’s iconic flour mill. Every crevice of this heritage-listed warehouse is flooded with the classic atmosphere of its 19th century glory days. The building’s signature red brick and timber work has been lovingly preserved and restored, and the interior is recreated with a contemporary dining space, extensive cellar, mezzanine floor and balcony, statement chandeliers, vintage timber furniture and cosy lounge and bar areas.

The ever changing seasonal menu in our bar and restaurant area ranges from global street food and sharing plates to classic dinner and dessert options.
Our talented chefs boast some serious industry credentials, having worked in award winning hatted restaurants in Australia and overseas. They are passionate supporters of regional growers and cuisine and bring pride and passion to our kitchen and your plate.
