Short Stay Levy Webinars
From 1 January 2025, operators offering short-stay bookings in Victoria may need to pay the Short Stay Levy. If guests book through a platform, the platform pays the levy. If they book directly with you, the responsibility is yours. If your total booking income is under $75,000 per year, you’ll lodge and pay annually, with your first return due 30 January 2026.
